Israel says one of its cargo ships has been attacked in the Indian Ocean while en route to the United Arab Emirates. The ship was identified as Tyndall, a Liberian-flagged cargo ship which is under partial Israeli ownership. Israeli media say the vessel was possibly hit by a missile. Reports said the crew were not hurt and the ship was not badly damaged. Media reports cited Israeli sources who claimed that Iran was behind the incident. In the past months, a number of Israeli ships have been targeted in waters around the world.
